Gender Pay Gap

It’s 2017 and women still earn less than men for the same work. Isn’t it time this changed? It's not just in the upper echelons of the BBC where women earn less than men, 24% of working women in Scotland earn less than the living wage. We are becoming a low wage society and women are feeling the brunt of it.
